Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Include your order number

• Notify us within 14 days of delivery

You must return the item within 14 days after notifying us.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Undamaged

• In original packaging

• With proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Engraved jewellery

• Custom initial pendants

• Made-to-order pieces

• Any personalized item

These items are non-refundable unless defective.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel your order after receiving it.

Personalized or custom-made jewellery is exempt from cancellation rights.
